Ø  Introduction

·         The training set adopt BORA TDI electronical controlled diesel engines assembly, with complete aceessories, can be used to complete various training Content of engine load. All components adopt parts, QC strictly testified, in accordance with Production Quality Management standard of ISO9001:2008, suit for car engine structure and maintenance practical training in the medium and senior vocational schools and car training institutions, safisty the requirements of teaching training project on the electronic controlled engine structure, working principle, fault diagnosic, fault setting and exclusion assessment.

Ø  Features

·         Demonstrate the engine work, run smoothly, actually refelect the electronical controlled diesel engine engine structure and working principle

·         Demostrate engine oil pressure, vaccum pressure, oil pressure normal operating pressure

·         Equipped with digit display meter to display the related sensor working static value and dynamic value.

·         Training sets are equipped with electronic engine control system schematics and detection terminal, through a variety of professional instrument to detect the signal parameters of sensors, actiators etc. such as voltage, resistance, frequency etc.

·         Equipped with diagnosic blocks can be connected to a dedicated or general-auto decoders, to complete reading fault codes of engine electronic control system, clearing fault codes, reading data stream, matching adjustment, programming, testing, testing, terminal components etc engine diagnosic function.
